Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging.
- Jewellery, innerwear and grocery items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or wrong.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
